Hello Amanda, I gave a detailed list of surrounding businesses signs when attended the ZBA meeting last month. I figured that information would be passed to the DRC at the following meeting? Keep in mind our presented sign is only 4' x 6' and 6' tall. (attached pictures with pedestrian) Anyways once again: 1)- Hilton Garden Inn - 5' x '8 (40 sqft.) 2)- 170 S. Broadway - 4'x 8' (32sq ft & 15' tall) 3)- Washington Inn 4' x 6'(24 sq ft, 6' tall) 4)- Panza's (4' x 5' (20 sq ft) 5)- Saratoga National Bank - 3'x 8' (24 sq ft & 10'+ tall) 6)- Cudneys Cleaners - 4' x 8' (32 sq ft, 15' tall) 7) - Midas - 5' x 8' (40 sq ft) So as I stated to the ZBA (all who were in agreement), almost every sign within viewing distance is larger and/or taller. We would also require for the not so tall 6' sign to clear any possible snow. This is a rule of thumb for a ground sign. A precedence has been set here long before we presented this sign on height and size.
