Project Address PO Box 2369 Comments Dear Chairman Torpey and Members of the Saratoga Planning Board: As you know,we represent a group of neighbors who a citizens residing in the Birch Run Community,as well a Morgan Street and Myrtle Street neighborhoods.Our cl live in close proximity to Saratoga Hospital's(the"appli proposed expansion project(the"project")and have se concerns regarding the project.This letter is a follow-uI letter we submitted in November. Enclosed are photographs taken of the Morgan and My Street neighborhoods,which illustrate the quiet neighbc character of the current surrounding community.The pi project will be completely inconsistent with the current community character,which is just one of the significar adverse impacts that the proposed project will have on surrounding community.As such,we reiterate our requ the Planning Board to issue a positive declaration undo SEQRA.Indeed,since the proposed project,a three-pr project consisting of over 100,000 square feet of buildir clearly has"the potential for at least one significant adv environmental impact",the Planning Board must issue positive declaration and require the preparation of an E this Type I action.6 NYCRR§617.7(a)(2).
