To modify the exterior colors from what was originally approved to a new color scheme as proposed in this application.
There is no change in the materials that were approved. This application merely seeks to modify the original color
scheme to one that is a little deeper in color and eliminates the use of white siding and trim. Exterior window color
change from white to black.
