I'm glad that the comments were positive and that we were able to obtain Mass and Scale approval for the carriage house. It was requested that we provide updated exterior elevations to reflect the comments on the exterior elevations and to clarify the project along with other details. Thus, we are submitting for you review the following: • Updated Site Plan indicating handrail at stair and proposed landscaping. • Updated Exterior Elevations to indicate the window modifications. The proposed windows shall be wood. • Window and Door Literature for Marvin Wood windows. • Stair Rail detail and porch details as indicated on elevations.
