I , in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for final plat review of a proposed two-lot subdivision within the Transect — 6 (T-6) District with the Planning Board who met on November 18, 2021 and made the following decision(s) by a 5-0 vote (In favor: Torpey, Horton, Mayo, Doty, Dal Pos). In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 617 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on November 18, 2021 ; And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City's Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board issued the following decision: Ei Approve the final subdivision plat as submitted The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations: • Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law.
