NOTICE OF DECISION
IN THE MATTER OF THE FINAL SUBDIVISION APPLICATION #202I0932 OF
25 LAKE AVE./38 HIGH ROCK AVE. SUBDIVISION

Involving the premises with Tax Parcel ID# 165.52-4-46. I , in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application
for final plat review of a proposed two-lot subdivision within the Transect — 6 (T-6) District with the
Planning Board who met on November 18, 2021 and made the following decision(s) by a 5-0 vote (In favor:
Torpey, Horton, Mayo, Doty, Dal Pos).
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 617 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on
November 18, 2021 ;
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City's Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issued the following decision:
Ei Approve the final subdivision plat as submitted
The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations:
• Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by
the Planning Board Chair.
• File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as
provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law.
This approval shall expire if not enacted within 180 days as set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs
Subdivision Regulations Article II, Section I. D. 15.
