Following evaluation of the identified six standards for the issuance of special use permit as set forth in 7.13 of the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance, moved to approve the permanent special use pennit with the following considerations: 1. All outdoor activity shall cease by l 1pm nightly. 2. Proposed project consists of separate access to first and second level parking from S Broadway and Union Street respectiveIy.Any modification to this will require review by the Planning Board. 3. The applicant agrees to consider LEED certification and energy efficiency practices, to be reviewed under site plan review.
