Per our conversation, the improvements nl were deemed acceptable with additional items to consider when addressing the comments. 1. Hamilton Street and Congress Street— moving 1 second of green time from Cong E-W phases to the Hamilton/Parking N-S phases. 2. Hamilton Street and W Circular Street—adding a striped right turn only lane. Thi: include the appropriate striping and signage with a plan provided as part of the c responses. When performing the turning analysis from Hamilton onto W Circular, parking restriction location on W Circular will be noted and whether relocation o restriction will be required to allow for safe operation of turning vehicles and red potential conflicts with parked vehicles. Thank you for your clarification on the other comments regarding the crosswalk/loading zone, the requirement pedestrian crossing in front of the parking garage exit, and right turn restriction. We are on the agenda for the Thursday 11/18 meeting and would like a SEQR determination at that meeting. need to submit to you and by when so that you can provide a response that your comments have been sufficif addressed?
