NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #20210928 of:

Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.59-1 -54, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for
an approval extension of a two-lot residential subdivision in an Urban Residential - 4 (UR-4) District with
the Planning Board who met on October 28, 2021 and made the following decision(s) with a 5-0 vote (In
favor: Horton, Fabozzi, Mayo, Dal Pos, Pipia):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on October 28, 2021 :
IZI Issue 90-day extension from October 1 , 2021 (expiration of original approval).
Note:
- This represents the first extension of the subdivision approval granted April 1 , 2021 and will expire Jan. 1 ,
2022 if not further extended.
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on April 1 , 2021 shall apply.
