review and request to seek Lead Agency status for a 200 unit affordable housing project in the
Transect—4 Urban Neighborhood District.
ACTION: Motion to initiate Coordinated SEQRA Review and seek Lead Agency status- passed 7-0
(In favor: Torpey, Horton, Casey, Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks).
2. TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES AND TOWERS, Advisory opinion to the City Council on proposed
amendment to Zoning Ordinance to add Section 6.3.2.I relating to Small Cell Wireless Facilities.
ACTION: Motion to issue a favorable advisory opinion to the City Council - passed 7-0 (In favor:
Torpey, Horton, Casey, Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks).
3. 20190130 FALVEY MIXED-USE BUILDING, 65 Beekman Street, advisory opinion to the Zoning Board
of Appeals and special use permit for a proposed mixed-use development within the
Neighborhood Complementary Use-I District.
ACTION: Public hearing opened and remains open;
Motion to issue a favorable advisory opinion to the ZBA- passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Horton,
Casey, Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks).
4. 18.055/20190204 AIROSMITH MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT, 318 West Ave, Coordinated SEQRA
review and advisory opinion to the ZBA for modifications to the approved site plan for a mixed-
use development within the Transect-4 Urban Neighborhood District.
ACTION: Motion to reaffirm Negative SEQRA Declaration - passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Horton,
Casey, Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks);
Motion to issue a favorable advisory opinion to the ZBA- passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Horton,
Casey, Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks).

5. 20190156 MAIORELLO SUBDIVISON, Crescent Avenue, Coordination of SEQRA review and advisory
opinion to ZBA for a two-lot residential subdivision within a Rural Residential District.
ACTION: Motion to accept Lead Agency status- passed 7-0 (In favor: Torpey, Horton, Casey,
Fabozzi, Boivin, Ryan,Jenks). Application continued to future meeting date.
