The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation reviewed the application for the slate roof
replacement at 187 Washington Street.
Board of Directors This Queen Anne residence, built circa 1885, is a contributing building to the West Side
Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located in an
Adam Favro Architectural Review District.

Michele Funiciello The proposed work involves removal of the slate roof and replacing it with asphalt shingles.

Dmitriy Yermolayev It is the Foundation's understanding that the removal of the slate roof and replacement with
Treasurer asphalt was started without approval and a stop work order was issued. This is further
