Aneisha- In response to the below inquiries and the discussion at the ZBA workshop, please see below responses. 1. The driveway, including the pavers, is 29.7 feet or 43.7% of the f rontage. 2. Dan confirmed the permeability calculation on the submitted plans is correct. Please see attached drawing which highlights the area included in the permeability calculation of 38.4%. 3. As included in the second submission, the reduction of patio area is not feasible for the following (summarized) reasons: a. The removal of the patios to achieve a percentage change on paper is not beneficial to the neighborhood or adjacent neighbors as it would cause disruption caused by the construction, require the removal of existing fence, may damage the AC unit (again) . b. The removal would not be physically or economically feasible. The patio was constructed with a 2 foot base of gravel and other fill that would need to be removed, a gas line is located underneath which would need to be capped and severed, removal of landscaping to allow machinery to access the back, etc. In addition, the investment of $70,000 in the construction of the patios would be lost. c. The neighbors have confirmed that the existing structures do not affect their properties. Please let me I<now if you have other questions or if there is further information Dan or I can provide.
