Please see the attached plan. The existing paved area was field measured, and 28 feet of pavement exists which matches the as-built plan dated 11/15/2000. A standard parking sparking stall is 9-feet wide. We are requesting the site plan be modified to allow three parking spaces which would service the commercial tenants. No physical improvements would be required, only restriping the stalls to indicate the additional space. We request this modification by Administrative Action.
