Residential District. Action: Motion to initiate Coordinated SEQRA Review and defer Lead Agency status to the
Planning Board – passed 7-0. Motion to seek an advisory opinion from the Planning Board – passed 7-0.

single-family residence; seeking relief from the maximum principal building coverage requirement in the Urban
