Building
A proposal to construct an 11,400-sq.ft. mixed-use commercial building on a vacant
5.89-acre parcel. Principal points of access to the site are directly from Driscoll Road
while site is a corner parcel with frontage on US Rt. 9. Use is allowed by an approved
SUP for residential units (7) on second floor above principal commercial use(s).
Location: Driscoll Road and South Broadway/US Rt. 9

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on September 16, 2021
Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact
Comment: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the
City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the
above-noted Site Plan has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence
of two Board members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide
impacts.
