Please find enclosed revised updated drawings for my DRC application in response to your email to me on
08/25/21. Regarding the questions from your email:
• Revised drawings have eliminated the two proposals. The ADA ramp is now drawn on the back of the
building, on my property. The front ramp proposal is eliminated, so an easement will not be
necessary.
• The ramp's guard material will be constructed from pressure treated wood with a steel handrail.
• The board and batten on the facade have been removed and the drawings now show the facade to
remain stucco. All windows are existing and noted on the drawing. No windows are being removed.
• Revised drawings indicate that all doors will remain existing on both the front and back of the
building. No new exterior doors will be installed.
• The existing chimney will remain in place and will be repointed.
• A few missing slate tiles will be replaced with new tiles from our own stock to match existing.
One additional note:
• The revised drawings include two steps on the front of the building cut out of blue stone. They will not
exceed our 2'2" property line.

Good afternoon,
I am in review of your application to the DRC for the above mentioned property and have a few
questions!clarifications:
• It appears you are proposing two options for ADA ramps into the
building. Based on the drawings,it appears that Alt. 1 would extend over the
property line. This would require an easement from City Council. Please
verify if that is the case and how you wish to proceed.
• Provide materials of guards, etc. for Alt. 2 ramp.
• The Alt. 2 elevation shows board and batten on the building
facade. Additionally,it appears that a window is being removed and others
may be removed. Provide information regarding this.
• Provide a cut sheet for the proposed entry door.
• Provide information on why the chimney is being removed/condition.
• Provide information on condition of slate as to its need for replacement.
