Construction Staging Narrative
The project anticipates utilizing the property for the majority of material staging throughout the
building construction phases. Some materials may be stored on a property at 25 Station Lane if the material
storage is not sufficient on site. Contractors for the project will utilize nearby properties with the same owner
for parking during the majority of construction. Contractor parking may utilize the 25 Station Lane property for
parking as well if space becomes an issue.
