Location: Skyward Drive, off north side of Geyser Road (CR# 43) east of railroad and GIP 178.-1-62 Industrial-General Zoning District Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on July 2, 2021. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 15, 2021. Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: The subject property is appropriately zoned for the proposed use, the site is accessed by way of a municipal street over which users of this and two other lots will or now do gain connection to the county road, and the property is serviced by municipal water and sewer. We ask that prior to the City's preliminary review/approval of an application for the third and last lot on Skyward Drive you provide to Saratoga County DPW any traffic-related application material which provides information on cumulative trips to/from the site at the city/county intersection.
