Dear Sir/Madam:
Enclosed please find pursuant to the request of the Board the following items:
1. Final Survey
2. Data showing lot coverage of neighborhood properties
3. Elevation revised to include the height dimension.
- The survey submitted was obtained by my client just after she purchased the
property.
- The Data provided herein, based upon data available at
https://saratoga.sdgnys.com, demonstrates a project built in conformity with the
requested variance regarding lot coverage is not inconsistent with the
neighborhood, as the data shows many properties have lot coverage ratios equal
and far in excess of the ratio created with the relief request. The old small lots, such
as the subject lot, pre-existing the present code, with typical use, make code
compliance, without a variance, difficult to impossible.
I hope with the submittals herein, in full response to the Board's requests, that the approval
of the relief requested can be approved.
