Project Description:
A project has been proposed for renovation of the existing space(s)within the building. The project would consist of reconfiguration of sleeping
space,bathrooms, and updated facilities and finishes. For 14 Walworth no changes are currently proposed that would alter the existing building
footprint. As a result,the project proposed at 14 Walworth St.would require no additional zoning or planning approvals and the current zoning
designation would not change. The project for 20 Walworth includes the expansion of of the current structure to increase the number of rooms.

SITE PLAN REVIEW SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST
Listed below are the minimum submittal requirements for site plan review as set forth in The City of
Saratoga Springs' Zoning Ordinance Appendix B. The Planning Board reserves the right to request
additional information, as necessary, to support an application. The Board also reserves the right
to reject the application if these minimum requirements are not met. Please complete the checklist
below and provide with your submission.
