Keith Kaplan, I received your letter notifying me of the August 9th mtg of 7oseph Driscoll's conversion to a 2 family residence at 169 Washington Street which is across the street from my home. Having just converted my own home at 178 Washington back to a one family home at great expense,it is so frustrating to see this happen to yet another home on the Westside. Dividing another home ,which will then become another rental property,only benefits another landlord. A simply stroll down Washington Street will clearly illustrate the rental properties from the family homes. I felt the need to voice this concern despite knowing the division will occur anyway.
