Dear Susan:
Please be advised that we are requesting to have our matter adjourned so we can compile the submissions
requested at the last meeting. Unfortunately, the information could not be compiled in the one week
timeframe. Please also be aware that I reached out to counsel David Williams to determine if there is
interest in a neighbor meeting to discuss issues and concerns with the proposed variances so that we could
gauge impact on the neighbors and possible mitigation efforts. Mr. Williams advised that he polled the
neighbors who appeared at the meeting and some who watched it online and they have determined that a
meeting would not be beneficial.
We will provide the information the ZBA requested and forward to you once it is complete and request to
get back on the agenda. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
