(331 Caroline) The lot at 328 Caroline is smaller than the lot at 331 Caroline o 6,053 Sq. Ft. (328 Caroline) compared to 6,772 Sq. Ft. The home also appears to be closer to their side property line than what we have proposed. We do not have site plan details of this property as the homeowner appears to be away but we do know their builder (Chris Semenza) and we can gather more information if the Thank You, Nick and Kristen Sgroi
