Please find list attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner address listed, in city provided envelopes only which are available at the Planning Department. Only city provided notice shall be sent, no additional or self produced materials shall be included. L Proof of mailing (a "certificate of mailing") from the Post Office must be obtained at the time of mailing and provided to the Land Use Board Coordinator prior to the hearing.
