Dear Sue:
A copy of the enclosed Public Hearing Notification Letter for a Special Use Permit for a multi
use building at 65 Beekman St are to be sent by you to property owners at least 7 days, but not
more than 20 days, before the day of your hearing as follows:
To the owners of all property within 250 feet of the boundaries of the land
involved in this application.
1 , Property owners are identified via the Saratoga County GIS mapping system. Please find
list attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner
address listed, in city provided envelopes only which are available at the Planning
Department. Only city provided notice shall be sent, no additional or self produced
materials shall be included.
L Proof of mailing (a "certificate of mailing") from the Post Office must be obtained at the
time of mailing and provided to the Land Use Board Coordinator prior to the hearing.
Please note that a "certificate of mailing' is not the same as "certified mail".
i, The Land Use Board Coordinator has placed the legal ad in the Saratogian. Proof of
payment of the legal ad must also be filed with the Land Use Board Coordinator prior to
the hearing. You will need to stop into the Saratogian billing office prior to the meeting
to make the payment. Note that the address listed above is the Saratogian's PO number.
They will not send you an invoice.
The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before
the Board or the Board will not hear the application.

Public Hearing Notification Letter
Dear Property Owner:
The Saratoga Springs Planning Board requires the below noted applicant to send the following
public hearing notice to all property owners within 250 feet of the project site:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Matthew Falvey has applied to the Planning Board of the
City of Saratoga Springs for a Special Use Permit for a multi-use building within the
Neighborhood Complementary-1 District at 65 Beekman St in the City of Saratoga Springs,
New York. Tax Map #165.66-2-20 on the assessment map of said City.
A public hearing on said application will be held before said Board on Thursday, the 21st day of
March, 2019, 6:00 p.m. at the Recreation Center, 15 Vanderbilt Ave, Saratoga Springs,New York.
The project application is publicly available within the posted agenda for said meeting at
http://www.saratoga-springs.orgiAgendaCenter/Planning-Board-9.
