include potentiaf environmental impacts to New Yark State Parkland #hat r�ay be invofved ir� or
near your project. Such impacts must be considered as part of the enviranmental review of the
proj�ct pursuant to the 5tate Environmental Q�ality Review Act (New York Environmental
Conservation Law ArEicle 8) and its implementing regulations (6 NYCRR Par� 617).
OPRHP has reviewed the Phase IA Archaeological Survey report entitied "P�ase IA
Archa�ologicaf Survey, Pro�osed Canstruction at 19 Washington Street, City of 5arataga
Springs, Saratoga County, New York" prepared by Heritage Consulting Group (July 20�1;
21SR004�7), OPRHP concurs witl� the report recommendation that no additional
archaeological work is necessary.
