DEMOLLITION
Remove existing roof above Existing Second Floor and kitchen
Remove partial Existing first and Second Floor interior walls as planned
Remove Existing Front Deck which enters into entry
Remove siding on existing living room
Remove all windows and doors
FRAMING
Frame according to plans,
-Knee wall on all interior walls to reach 8' interior wall height( Exterior walls are to be built up to
the same height by mason hired)
-First and Second story interior wall opening
- Front Deck
-Trusses and Rafters
-Fascia board
-Soffit, soffit vent strips
ROOFING
Install:
-Ice and water on entirety of low lopped roof, ice and water 2 rows up from eaves, synthetic
underlayment from ice and water to ridge
- Drip edge

-Ridge vent
-Ridge cap
-Roofing accessories if applicable
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Install (22) new windows, (1) new sliding door, (2) new exterior entry doors
SIDING
Install board and batten vinyl siding to existing Living Room addition
Install fascia to all new truss/rafter ends
DECK
Install Trex decking and vinyl railings to Front Deck
