Mr. Grassi is requesting the amendment of the permitted use schedule to include warehouse related operations. He is proposing amending Section XI of the PUD, entitled Expirations, such that the PUD zoning approval shall expire if final PUD site plan approval for the first building in Zone B is not granted on or before July 1, 2024.
