RE: Weibel Plaza Commercial PUD Amendment
Dear Mark:
Pursuant to the City Council meeting of Tuesday, July 6, 2021, enclosed please, find the
petition from Mr. Justin Grassi, Esq., representative for Baruch Aronson. Mr. Grassi is
requesting the amendment of the permitted use schedule to include warehouse related
operations. He is proposing amending Section XI of the PUD, entitled Expirations, such
that the PUD zoning approval shall expire if final PUD site plan approval for the first
building in Zone B is not granted on or before July 1, 2024. The City Council respectfully
requests the Planning Board review this material and issue an advisory opinion.
