NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving the extension of an Architectural Review approval originally granted 9/20/ 17 for a condominium
building within the Transect-5 Neighborhood Center district, tax parcel # 165.52-3-3 I , within the City of
Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR:
El Type II action — exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on
March 6, 2019:
El Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this is the first of two permitted extensions; this extension shall expire on September 20, 2020.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
