Project Address Excelsior Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY Comments 1. Owners were NOT notified of this project. One owner has owned since before it was built, still owns 3 Townhouses and was not notified. I was not notified and I paid taxes last year. I have lived here a year and have not seen even 5 children! With children living here there will be a need for school buses, at least 3-4 every morning and mid to late afternoon. The congestion will b Attach Photo (optional) Field not completed. Email not displaying correctly?View it in your browser.
