The Foundatian is being required to request a second variance because it does not have an aciive building permit. The Foundation is currently in the design process and it plans to submit an application for a bui�ding permit in the near future. Currently, it is the Faundation's understanding that ta recieve an approved building permit takes 12 weeks. This would prevent the Foundation being able to raise public awareness on-site.
