NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application
#20210085
Saratoga Honda Expansion
3402 Route 9 (South Broadway)
Saratoga Springs, NY I 2866
Involving the premises with tax parcel no. I 78.-2-20 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan
review for a proposed 8,000 sq. ft. expansion of the existing building and associated site work in the OMB- I and
OMB-2 districts.
In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 617 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA Long
Environmental Assessment Form Parts I and II, made a motion to issue a Negative SEQRA Declaration on April
22, 202 I .
And, in accordance with objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance, chapter
240, article 7.2 "Site Plan Review", the Planning Board issues the following decision on June I 0, 202 I (passed 5-
0 in favor: Torpey, Boivin, Horton, Mayo, Doty):
C� Approve with following conditions:
I . Installation of proposed sidewalk as shown on survey map with revision date 5/20/2 I .
2. Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City's Designated Engineer and DPW.
The applicant is required to:
I . Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by DPW to the City per Article 7.2. I 5 of
the Zoning Ordinance. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair.
2. Submit one ( I ) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved site plans for signature by the Planning
Board Chair within ei�hteen ( I 8) months of approval as per Article 7.2. I 2 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Note: this approval shall expire within eighteen ( I 8) months of the signature of final plans if the applicant has not
started actual construction as per Article 7.2. I 4 of the Zoning Ordinance.
