The project is located off Tait Lane and will have access points off Allen Drive and Tait Lane. The proposed Special Use Permit is for the construction of up to 202 apartment units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space. Project is proposed to be constructed over two phases, with the first phase including 90 apartment units. Proposed apartment units will be slated for low-income housing. We look forward to presenting this project to the Planning Board.
