Regarding the lot coverage for adjacent properties, I am attaching the google map and tax map which indicate the adjacent properties and the lot coverage. This was determined from information supplied through the Saratoga County tax website The buildings in the immediate vicinity have a lot coverage between 48% and 100%. The building directly across (Barrel House) has 100% lot coverage without any parking provided on site. As seen in the google map, Beekman Arts District is comprised of an eclectic mix of large mixed-use buildings that take up the majority of the lot with little or no parking and residential 1 and 2 family properties on the side streets. The other question was regarding the existing garage on the property. The size of the garage is 24' x 24' (standard size for a 2- car garage).
