We, Elizabeth Winne and James Lestrange, owners of 2 Pearl Street, Saratoga Springs, NY (neighbc
Street) oppose to the hospital project being proposed for Morgan Street for Saratoga Hospital for th
reasons:
1. Flooding of water into nearby homes
Z. Misuse of the land in an ecologically friendly and sound manner
3. Traffic concerns which could significantly impact the entire neighborhood and make it an unpleas
live, including lower property values, significantly change the character of the neighborhood and lar
neighborhood friendly, and build something which is destructive in terms of light pollution, significar
traffic and noise, significantly change the land into a parking wasteland, significantly change the wa
more sprawl when other buildings on Morgan Street could be used in such a way as to add stories t
buildings.
4. With buildings like the Wilton Mall becoming available for use, it is much more ecologically sound
economically sound to move offices there. There are already ample parking spaces without having t
piece of beautiful land and a beautiful neighborhood to achieve the same goals. There are also othE
across from the hospital that could be expanded (where the finance office and gynecological practic
achieve the same kind of goals.
