In the meantime, we have a few change requests for the active OPED files added to
Laserfiche by Planning Dept with Snapshot (viewable in the web browser section):
X - A new metadata field in the template named \[Project Index\] that is captured
in Snapshot or added later;
A new folder named \[Final Decision\] which is inside each root Project folder;
New Doc types: \[Approved Site Plan\], \[Approved Subdivision Plat\], \[As-Built
Site Plan\], \[As-Built Subdivision Plat\];
Workflow revision: These new Doc types and also the NOD Doc type would be added
to the new folder \[Final Decision\].
We would also like to add a new Doc type \[ZO Denial\] which will be added to the root
Project folder, so I don't believe it's a change in the workflow, just a new type of
document.
