Hello— Please find attached, an updated plot plan for the Schmidt application for Lot A, Cobb Alley as requ City of Saratoga ZBA at their June 7th meeting for submittal by June 21, 2021. The updated plot plan reflects the 6/4/2019 ZBA NOD (also attached)for the lot. The modified plot plan includes a 4' min. rear yard setback and 4' min. front yard setback. As this project is currently under consideration, we respectfully request the application be placed o 28th ZBA agenda. Please let me know if you require any additional information.
