A proposal to construct an 11 ,400-sq.ft. mixed-use commercial building on a vacant
5.89-acre parcel. Principal points of access to the site are directly from Driscoll Road
while site is a corner parcel with frontage on US Rt. 9 . Use is allowed with a SUP for
residential units (7) on second floor above principal commercial use(s) .
Location: Driscoll Road and South Broadway/ US Rt. 9
