Comments My name is Anthony Kenney and I'm a resident at 386 Maple
Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY. My wife and I have been residents
of Saratoga our whole lives. We bought our home 20 years ago
on Maple and love our small neighborhood. We are members
our Maple Dell Homeowners Association with Tracy Millis and
John Lacoponi and support their stance provided on 5/20
against the formation of the PUD. Stewarts has been trying to
get our neighborhood residential classification changed for a
long time. This classification will drive families like ours out of
our neighborhood and make this part of Saratoga feel like a
truck stop. The already heavy traffic pattern down route 9 will
continue to get larger and the changing of the designation will
allow more business to push residents out of the "charming"
feel of being a resident of a this city. I'm completely against any
more business, gas station/market growth into our neighbor-
hood residential zone. Again this will force neighbors and my-
self to move further away from the city we love and turn it into a
business area instead of a safe, comfortable residential neigh-
borhood within walking distance to the center of the city. Please
don't allow the change of designation.
