Project Address Marian Avenue Expansion Comments For YEARS we have been attempting to fend off more commer- cial development of Marion Avenue. The PUD presented by Stewarts is simply another step-up to that endeavor. THIRTY ONE neighborhood residents have voiced their objection to the project. Special note is made re the Healy Property oon the cor- ner of Maploe Dell and Marion Avenue! Four times we have protested against changing that zoning. The courts have ruled in our favor TWICE. I do not understand why this lot is even in- cluded in the Stewarts PUD submittal? The CAR WASH loca- tion is another issue we oppose. Simply stated - Why didn't Stewarts talk to us before it became a major issue to us mere neighbors?We do want Stewarts &the Liquor Store gone from Maple Dell for the reasons THEY have stated, but the impact on neighbors is simply a bridge too far.
