Project Address 11 Marion Ave Comments We are members of the "Maple Ave, Marion Ave and Maple Dell Neighborhood Association". We support the position submitted by the Neighborhood Asso- ciation on 5/20. We are against the formation of the PUD submitted by Stewart's Corporation for Marion Avenue and Maple Avenue. We also want to make sure that all current zoning infractions committed by Stewart's Corporation are remediated. The prop- erties that are residentially zoned are perfectly situated for resi- dences and would be desirable and profitable as such. As long as Stewarts Corporation maintains their current footprint on Marion Avenue and eliminates any automated blower car wash business. As life long citizens of Saratoga Springs, and prop- erty owners on Marion Avenue since 1987, we want to make sure that affordable homes and neighborhoods are a priority and will be preserved for the long term health of our city, and the needs and security of the citizens prioritized above the ex- pansion and profits of large corporations.
