Please note that a "certificate of mailing" is not the same as "certified mail". ❑ The Land Use Board Coordinator has placed the legal ad in the Saratogian. Proof of payment of the legal ad must also be filed with the Land Use Board Coordinator prior to the hearing. You will need to stop into the Saratogian billing office prior to the meeting to make the payment. They will not send you an invoice. The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before the Board or the Board will not hear the application.
