Saratoga Springs and Gary Stone, signed by Hon. Jeff Wait on May 17, 2018, we are hereby
submitting applications for Special Use Permit, Site Plan Review, Area Variances and Architecture
Review.
These applications are intended to accomplish a significant visual improvement of the
property until such time as the current or a future owner proposes a redevelopment project. Please
