Project Address Marion Avenue and Maple Dell Comments Thank you for considering our comments. While Stewarts Corporation has submitted amended proposal to the planning board recently, it is still not acceptable to the neighbors, and my husband and I. We are not in favor and strongly object to turning any of the residential lots on Marion Avenue to commercial interests. The car wash noise is loud noise pollution and is able to be heard blocks away no matter which way the blowers are facing. The increased exit and en- trance traffic that these businesses will produce is not appropri- ate for this short stretch of Marion Avenue. WE are strongly op- posed to expanding any of Stewart's proposed commercial projects or PUD north of their existing footprint on Marion Av- enue. This PUD does not benefit the people of Saratoga Springs in any way and is contrary to the comprehensive plan. We, as ad- jacent property owners ask you to reject this PUD and commit to maintaining the residential nature of this area and the preser- vation of green space.
