Board of Directors Adam N.Favro The late Victorian residence, c. 1900, is a contributing building to the National Register President listed East Side Historic District. James Gold Vice President The Foundation is pleased that the owner is plans to restore the house back to a single- Linda Harvey-©piteck family residence and will undertake needed maintenance to preserve the building such as Secretary painting,repairing the existing slate roof, and replacing the metal roof in-kind. The Foundation is pleased that the east porch will be repaired and that the original decking, Dmitriy Yermolayev columns, brackets,and railings will be painted and restored to their original locations. Treasurer The Foundation does not object to the proposed removal of the aluminum canopy at the Jaime Butler rear of the structure because it is not historic.
