Hello Darin,
Saratoga Historic Properties, the owner of 480 Broadway"The Collamer Building,"
hereby approves the request in your email of January 20, 2019 to construct a vent on the
south side of 480 Broadway to service your new business known as The Spa Café.
Your request is quoted verbatim as follows in italics:
"1 Darin Palmetto...Owner,member/manager. ,of the Spa Cafe on Broadway.. am
formally requesting permission to construct a vent on the south side of 480 Broadway
Saratoga Springs that will be 16 inches wide and 9 inches deep in size..from Saratoga
Historic Properties. The vent will run all the way to the roof and then in at least 10 feet
