surveyor.
Principal structure: 12.2%
Accessory structure: 3.3%

Thank you for providing the required information.
Ideally, you would send a notice for each lot regardless of ownership since the noticing
is for the lot and its occupants and not necessarily the owners. Thank you!

Hi Aneisha,
I did confirm with the County that there is sewer access for this lot.
As for the building coverage percentages, I requested this information from my surveyor
and will provide it to you as soon as possible.
That's great news about only needing two variances. Perhaps my surveyor was playing it
safe by making the side setback at 15 feet.
I do have a question for the notification that I'm sending to neighbors. Mr. Galarneau
appears on the list 3 times for the same location, as he owns a few properties. Is it ok if
I send him one letter?

We are currently reviewing your variance application, and we have a couple of
questions:
1). Does the property have County Sewer or water?
2). What are the Principal and accessory coverage percentages for the proposed
structures?
Note: Based on the shape and location of the property, the property is considered to
have three fronts ( Arrowhead Road, Tomahawk Lane, and Palmer Lane) and one side
( Parallel to lot 30). That being said, you would only require one front and one side
setback relief instead of the three you proposed since side relief in the Suburban
Residential-2 (SR-2) District is 12 ft.
