Re: Initiation of Coordinated SEQRA Review
Dear Steve,
On January 22, 2018 the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) initiated Coordinated Review on the
following project:
#3007 BOLDER VENTURES SUBDIVISION, 1 1 6 High Rock Avenue, area variance for a proposed
two -lot subdivision; seeking relief from the minimum average lot width requirement for
each of the lots and minimum front yard, side yard and total side yard setbacks and
maximum principal building coverage requirements for each of the residences in the
Urban Residential - 5 District.
The project was classified as an Unlisted Action with the Planning Board and Design Review
Commission identified as involved agencies. The ZBA passed a motion deferring Lead Agency
status to the Planning Board for the environmental review of the project. Part 1 of the
submitted short EAF is attached.
