A proposed two-lot subdivision of an existing 18,813-sq.ft. residential lot on which
currently exists a residential structure w/attached garage. The proposed subdivision
seeks to create a 12,400-sq.ft. lot for the existing residence and a new, vacant
residential lot with an area of 6,413 sq.ft.
Location: NE quadrant of Green Street and Maple Avenue intersection paralleling the
NYS Rt. 50 arterial.
