This area is also adjacent to the adjoining neighbors driveway, and is therefore a significant distance to the adjacent neighboes home. This landing is also located at about the midpoint along the length of the home and is therefore located quite a distance back from the street. The requested variance is not substantial for the following reasons: The requested area variance is not substantial as the larding is extremely small relative to the size of the home.
