Park Place is an interested neighbor located within 250 feet of the proposed project. The subject project and its' site plan, as proposed, would con- stitute a non-conforming and dangerous project that will put un- due pressure on the community and community resources. The sheer mass and perceived vertical height of the proposed structure is not in conformance with the character and nature of the community. It looks like a prison and will dwarf all surround- ing structures. There is no set back in the proposed site plan which will result in serious risk to pedestrians and motorists from falling ice, snow and water. The proposed plan presents a detriment to the health, safety and welfare of the surrounding community and ignores the demand it will place upon local infrastructure, public services and facilities, the environment and natural resources. The proposed configuration also places the surrounding neigh- bors at risk due to proximity and attraction of non-residents and the unfortunate. With over 900 objectants to the project, as currently proposed, it would be inappropriate to simply ignore their concerns. Respectfully submitted, PATTISON, SAMPSON, GINSBERG & GRIFFIN, PLLC Michael E. Ginsberg, Esq.
