I love the idea that Saratoga Springs is growing, it is a beautiful historic town with so much to offer. I am not fond of the design or the height or of this structure....it doesn't "fit". A statement of its own, very true, however not a statement of Saratoga Springs. The West Side of Saratoga Springs is "cleaning up" nicely while remaining true to the "health, history and horses" which is what represents Saratoga Springs at its finest.
